CMYK is the required color mode for all print products. If your banner files are set to RGB color mode, the colors in your design will appear completely different than they did on the screen.

A margin is required for all print products to ensure that necessary information is not snipped when a guillotine machine cuts within the trim line.
In the case of banners, larger margins must be used; we recommend that your texts and images be at least 50 mm away from the edge of the entire side. For roll-up banners, a margin of 10 mm from the top, 4 mm from the left, and 150 mm from the bottom is ideal. Your design will not be cut off this way, and you will have enough space to finish your banner printing with rings or tunnels.

Printers accept most file formats, but the most common are PDF, PSD, and JPG. Flatten your final artwork to a single layer for quick and easy printing.
If you choose to submit an illustrator file with your design, ensure that all fonts have been converted to outlines. This ensures that the fonts used are maintained during printing. It's also critical to convert all strokes to outlines and embed all images from your banner design.
